U.S. customers may return purchases within 30 days after delivery.

Packing and Shipping Instructions

  • Package the watch securely in its original box or packaging, keeping all tags, protective films, and labels intact.

  • Include the return authorization document and any required photos or paperwork.

  • Use the provided return label (if applicable), downloadable from our email.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Incorrect/Damaged Items: Orinrezo covers return shipping costs.

  • Non-Faulty Returns (e.g., wrong size, change of mind): Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

  • Change of Mind: Item must be unused, unmarked, and in original packaging, returned within 30 days.

  • Defective Items: Report within 30 days after delivery for a replacement or refund; shipping costs covered.

  • Damaged Items: Submit photos within 30 days after delivery; we’ll assess and cover return costs if approved.

  • Incorrect Item: Contact us to arrange the return and delivery of the correct item.

  • Non-Delivered Orders: Contact us to investigate with the carrier; we’ll issue a refund or replacement if the order cannot be located.

  • Order Cancellation: Cancel before shipping; otherwise, follow the return process after delivery.

Handling Faulty or Damaged Items

Report defective or damaged items within 30 days after delivery with photos. After review, we’ll provide a replacement or full refund. We recommend reporting issues as soon as possible to speed up resolution.

Handling Non-Faulty Returns

For change-of-mind returns, the watch must be unused and returned in its original packaging within 30 days.

Processing Timelines

  • Return Request: Must be initiated within 30 days after delivery.

  • Return Processing: Up to 7 business days after we receive the item.

  • Refund Issuance: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

  • Custom or engraved watches or straps (if applicable)
